Objects & Images (www.objects-images.com) on Pondfield Road is opened its doors for an exclusive WWB evening on March 9 from 7 - 9 p.m. It was a unique opportunity to mingle with other interested and interesting local women while admiring the fantastic work of artists on display in the gallery. This networking event was a great venue for establishing and building relationships with other Bronxville women who share personal and professional interests. * * * * * * * * ABOUT OBJECTS & IMAGES Objects & Images, which is owned and operated by Dean Lombardo, joined the Bronxville community seven years ago. After operating for 8 years in Soho, Mr. Lombardo purchased the historic First Federal Savings Bank building and relocated to Bronxville. He was drawn to the community and its roots as an artist colony established by William V.D. Lawrence in the late 19th century. The gallery features work for the Hudson River School, the Artists of Bronxville as well as contemporary works of distinction. Objects & Images specializes in realist, plein-air, luminist and impressionist works by established and deceased artists. In addition to its exhibition space, Objects & Images provides painting and frame restoration, on site appraisals and bidding services for auctions in the Northeast. |
